I design AI and LLM-powered products for the enterprise - and I've spent 15 years making complex systems feel obvious to the people who use them.

For most of that time, I worked from instinct. In 2025 I went back to school to find out why my instincts worked: IIT Delhi for Tech Product Management, then IIT Bombay's IDC School of Design for Interaction Design. Practicing by day, studying by night. The method caught up with the mileage.

That gap - between what experienced designers do and why it works - is what I write about here. Interaction design, UX research methodology, design systems that scale without flattening craft, and AI experiences where the intelligence serves the user rather than performing for them.
